Where do I find the shopping cart?
If you are registering using your tablet or computer,
after you fill out the registration form(s), you find the shopping cart in the upper right corner of your screen.
If you are registering using your mobile device,
after you fill out the registration form(s), you will find your shopping cart when you scroll to the bottom of your screen.
To register for a team,
complete the appropriate registration form(s) below.
YOUR REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE RECEIVED AND PROCESSED UNTIL YOU FILL OUT THE FORM AND THEN GO TO THE CART AND MAKE PAYMENT.
Basketball Registration
Registration Checklist:
___ Register online (ADD TO CART - below) The fee must be paid in order to hold a place for your athlete. The registration fee is non-refundable. ___ Choose one time payment or monthly payments
___ Download emergency release form & make sure both parents sign
___ Download sports physical form, if needed
___ Copy of birth certificate
___ Bring signed emergency release, sports physical from Doctor and birth certificate to first practice
You receive a $50 discount if you pay in full with
the one-time payment option.
If you choose the monthly payment option, you will need to return to this site to the monthly payment page under the basketball menu to make your online payment monthly, by the 1st of each month. Monthly Payments run from September 1st - February 1st
Included in your registration:
$35 registration fee
team t-shirt (yours to keep)
game uniforms (returned at end of season - if damaged applicable fees will apply)
Items you need to bring to the first practice to complete your registration:
Sports Physical: copy no older than one year (Minute Clinic, $39; CVS $59) download form here.
Emergency release form signed by both parents. download form here.
Copy of birth certificate
Additional Program Costs:
basketball shoes,
travel (gas, food, hotel for state tournament in February),
tournament fees (usually $25 - $50 per child)
As a participant in the National Christian Homeschool Basketball Championships (NCHBC), the South Austin Warriors use only eligible homeschool student athletes that comply with the eligibility rules adopted by the NCHBC.
